CLASSIFICATION OF GERMAN ARTILLERY

It has been reported from a British source that the Germans have made the following changes in nomenclature as applied to artillery classification.

New Term    Old Term    Translation
Leichte Leichte Light
Mittlere Schwere Medium
Schwere Schwerste Heavy
Schwerste Ueberschwere Superheavy
