WWII Photo Feature 19

This section features different pictures from our collection of WWII documents, publications, and photographs. As time permits, new feature pages will be added with additional pictures and documents.

A photograph of a group of four Luftwaffe soldiers wearing the Fliegerbluse from our collection. Despite the poor condition of the original print, the collar tabs for a Flieger (one "wing"), Gefreiter (two "wings"), and Obergefreiter (three "wings") are clearly shown. The Gefreiter is also shown wearing the Iron Cross ribbon.
