Dedicated to the officers and men of the division, the unit history With the 102d Infantry Division through Germany was published by the division's Public Relations Office in July 1945.

The booklet was prepared and designed by Captain Allan H. Mick assisted by Pfc Chester C. Hand, Jr., T/4 George B. Dangerfield, M/Sgt Paul Ruggiers, T/4 Clement C. Cypra, and T/4 Hilario Villalovos. Photographs are by Pfc Larry Darcy and Signal Corps Teams. Color sketches and maps are by T/5 James R. Vandenberg. Harold Smith's diary is printed by permission of Liberty Magazine. Black and white sketches are by Sgt Howard Brodie of Yank.

The booklet itself was printed in Czechoslovakia in September 1945.
